Edmondson is a 2002 graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Criminal Justice. She is a former police officer and Miami Dolphins cheerleader. Edmondson appeared on The Amazing Race 14 with her friend and fellow Miami Dolphins cheerleader Cara Rosenthal. Edmondson and Rosenthal finished in second place and ultimately lost the $1 Million grand prize and the Amazing Race 14 winners' title to Siblings of Tammy & Victor on that season. Edmondson and Rosenthal later returned to participate in The Amazing Race 18 and they were the third team eliminated, finishing in 9th place because of being 1st U-Turned by Kent & Vyxsin and for having trouble with performing the Roadblock. Edmondson appeared in the music video for "This Ain't No Love Song" by Trace Adkins. She is currently dating Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Evan Longoria.
